2Conditions
2.1In making a booking via this website the passenger must provide accurate details and is responsible for any failure to do so.
2.2If the passenger fails to provide accurate information while making a booking, the service provider will not be responsible for that.
3Bookings
3.1You can make a booking using our website, mobile app or communication via email, WhatsApp or phone. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
3.2While making a booking make sure to mention the correct postcode of your pickup and destination.
3.3The customer needs to provide correct flight details while making a booking for an airport pickup. Without flight details, the driver will follow the booking time and the driver will not be able to wait or adjust the pickup time in case of flight delay.
3.4In case of making a change the passenger needs to contact the customer support number via call, email or WhatsApp.
3.5Make sure to choose the correct vehicle according to your luggage and number of passengers.
3.6If you are unsure in selecting the right vehicle, please feel free to ask us — our team will help you.
3.7If the passenger fails to select the correct vehicle while making a booking, the service provider will not be responsible for that.
4Terms of Carriage and Waiting Time
4.1The price of the service is based on the time of travel and the booked time. The passenger is required to book the airport transfer service according to the check-in time of their flights or the guideline provided by the airline.
4.2The driver will wait 10 minutes on all local journeys and 1 hour on all airport pickup journeys. If the time goes beyond the respective time, then a waiting time charge of £25/hr is applicable on all journeys.
4.3We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the luggage of a passenger. Passengers will be responsible for their luggage and for ensuring its proper loading and unloading. The service provider or its contracted or sub-contracted driver reserves the right to refuse any passenger for the trip if the passenger has excess luggage that can lead to driving difficulty and is unsafe.
4.4The passenger books the vehicle by request. Some vehicles such as saloons carry a maximum of up to 4 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage. Vehicles for carrying a larger number of passengers and luggage are available to book as required (to know about luggage limitations and vehicle types, see our fleet).
5Cancellations / Cancellation Charges
- 24 hours prior to booking — not charged.
- Between 24 hours and 12 hours prior to the booking — 50% charged.
- Less than 12 hours prior to booking — 100% charged.
- Any change of the pickup time less than 24 hours prior to booking — 100% charged.
- If the customer does not show up or fails to contact the driver or the office within 30 minutes for a non-airport pickup, or 60 minutes from the flight landing time for an airport pickup, the job will be treated as a no-show and the full amount will be charged.
6General Applications
